Estate Report $199.99

A Estate Report contains everything included in a Owners Report and a Title Report which is current deed information, current vesting information, legal description, assessed value and tax information.
They also include information about any mortgages that are showing “open”.  An additional search is also completed to show any judgments or liens that might affect the title. The Estate Report also goes back at least three prior owners or 40 to 60 years depending on the state.  This is the most in depth search that can be performed and is recommended to people that think they may have a problem on there title. A few of these problems can a mortgage that was not paid and is still open or a prior owner judgment that has attached to the property. There are also cases where a prior owner hasn’t signed all of there “rights” to a property away on the deed and they may still own an interest in it. This search may also be used by homebuyers who want to have the whole picture of a property before they buy. 
Estate Report includes copies of all the documents referenced, (subject to availability). They also include Title Warnings which call out any possible defects on the title and information on how to correct these defects.
