They give you all the same information of a Owners report which includes current deed information, current vesting information, legal description, assessed value and tax information. They also include information about any mortgages that are showing “open”. An additional search is also completed to show any judgments or liens that might affect the title. The Title report includes copies of all the documents referenced, (subject to availability). They also include Title Warnings which call out any possible defects on the title and information on how to correct these defects.
