Our Search Update service is designed to allow you to recheck you title report for anything that might be newly recorded within 6 months of your original search without paying for a new report. Search Update is offered on our Title Reports and Full Search Reports and is great for people who want to continuously monitor there homes title. Or for people that have bought a home they had a report done on and would now like to check to see if their new mortgage and deed has been recorded correctly. Search Updates can be done as many times as you like, as they are no longer then 6 months apart. You can order a Search Update through our order page.
